I am under the impression that there are suspicions when a blog doesn't get updated in a few months. So to dispel any rumors that there might be another Boehme on the way, I thought I better update and update fast.....
Seattle spring is oddly looking like Seattle winter, and needless to say we're not off at the park everyday. No, it's more like we're cleaning underpants and trying to stay sane. We are still waiting to hear back from grad. schools or Utah jobs, and ask ourselves every night-"What's going to happen to us?" What wonders await us? an urban life or a gun and a pickup truck? And even though I am excited about new options, I am sad to think about leaving. So I won't and we should hopefully know next week.

The unknown can cause some anxiety. Whatever happens with the Pete Boehme family, it will be an adventure and opportunity to make new friends and explore new places. The heart is always where the family is, so it never matters the "where" only the "who"!
love,
(Pete's) mom
We will miss you terribly if you leave. Best of luck to you and Pete as you decide what to do, those decisions are always difficult.
Elder Bednar visited Skyler's parent's house and I had the chance to talk and (mostly) listen to him. He said something to the effect of thinking of big decisions in life like you are a car on a highway. There are a lot of lanes that will get you to your destination. However, if you are prayerful, the Lord will let you know if you are getting off the wrong exit ramp. :) He said it a lot better. :) Best of luck.
AWESOME background and the bumblebee is a nice touch too!
